Tracy Spiridakos

 Tracy Spiridakos (Canadian actress) is Tracy Spiridakos. She appeared in the Teletoon children’s comedy series Majority Rules as Becky Richards. From 2009 to 2010, she starred as Becky Richards on the Teletoon children's comedy series Majority Rules! She was on the screen from 2009 until in the year 2010. Annika Johnson was her role in the A&E television drama Bates Motel. Since 2017 Spiridakos has appeared on the NBC police drama Chicago P.D. Spiridakos has portrayed the role of Detective Hailey Upton. Spiridakos was the daughter of restaurant owner George Spiridakos and George Spiridakos who were both born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has two siblings. The family moved to her father's home town, Skala, Greece south of Sparta within a couple of years after her birth but returned to Canada in 1992. She is strongly that she is a part of her Greek family, and is fluent in Greek. Spiridakos began acting when she was in junior high school. She also trained at the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. In 2000, she graduated Oak Park High School in Winnipeg. Spiridakos moved to Vancouver in 2007 to pursue acting. She landed her first television role within a few weeks, a tiny role on Supernatural. She continued working in the world of television, including walk-on roles on Bionic Woman, The L Word, Hellcats, and Psych. Spiridakos starred in the TV film Goblin and the web series Mortal Kombat: Legacy. She was also a regular on Being Human, as Brynn McLean, the werewolf. In 2009, she was awarded her first role as a starring character in Majority Rules! Canada, where she played 15-year old Becky Richards. In 2011, she made her feature film debut in the film Rise of the Planet of the Apes. She also directed Kill for Me, a low-budget thriller directed by Michael Greenspan. The film featured Donal Logue, Katie Cassidy, and directed by Michael Greenspan. Spiridakos was Sammi in Rags the movie, which was a Nickelodeon original film. The role of Charlotte Matheson who is a survivor living in a dystopian civilisation, was her role in the NBC TV show Revolution. The audition took place while she was at her pilot season in Los Angeles. Spiridakos was the pilot's camera in Atlanta. The pilot season was filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina. In recognition of her performance in the pilot, she was nominated to win the Saturn Award for Best Actress on TV. She was defeated by the actress from Fringe, Anna Torv. For the second season, production moved to Austin Texas.
