Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hannigan was born on the 24th of March, 1974. Hannigan is an American actress and host on the television. Her credits include Willow Rosenberg (1997-1903) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Lily Aldrin (2006), in which she was awarded a People's Choice Award (2009) and Michelle Flaherty (99-2012). Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller: The Fool Us has been on the air since the year of 2016. Hannigan is also the voice of Claire Clancy, the animated character from Fancy Nancy (2018-2018). Hannigan was the only child of Emilie (Posner) Haas, an agent in real estate and Alan Hannigan, a Teamsters worker. Hannigan's mom is Jewish and her father is Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. Hannigan moved to Hollywood in her 12th year along with her mom. Her father was an agent for casting in Santa Barbara while she was there. She auditioned. After having completed high school, she went to California State University Northridge. She was part of of the Alpha Chi Omega fraternity in Northridge and was awarded an undergraduate degree in psychology. Hannigan was first seen in the 1988 film My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green, who was later her partner on Buffy, was one of her co-stars. In 1989, she was offered her first TV show job when she was selected as an actress on the ABC sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was just a teenager when she was a babysitter for the kids of Bob Saget, her How I Met Your Mother co-star. Hannigan was later picked to portray Willow Rosenberg in Buffy the Vampire Slayer's favorite character Buffy Summers. In 1997, Hannigan received the national spotlight. She also was a watcher over Bob Saget's kids on the show How I Met Your Mom. Angel permitted her to play Willow's character in several episodes.
