Abbie Cornish Biography

Abbie Cornish is an Australian actress. She began modeling at 13 and her first acting job came when she was 15 years old. Her roles in films as well as television shows were soon followed. Cornish is most well-known for her roles in historical films like 'Elizabeth: The Golden Age', the courtier Bess Tharockmorton and the heroin addict in Candy. She also played Lindy in the sci fi thriller 'Limitless' as well as Fanny Brawne as Fanny Brawne's character in the biopic "Bright Star. Her most well-known roles include performances on television's 'Outriders' and 'Marking Time. As a performer and rapper, Cornish has been performing since 2000 under the stage name 'MC Dusk'. Born in New South Wales and raised with three brothers and a sister, she had good childhood, before her parents separated when she was 16. Abbie is an extremely strong woman who managed to get over the painful divorce of her parents. The Australian beauty is an excellent guitarist and pianist, but she loves acting more than everything else. Cornish is a vegan who strictly adheres to the rules, has a strong belief in the rights of animals. She occasionally contributes to organizations that promote animal rights. Abbie Cornish was birthed in Lochinvar (New South Wales), Australia on 7 August 1982. She is the second daughter of Barry Cornish and Shelley Cornish. Isabelle Corish is her older sister and is an actress. In terms of the romance life of the actress she was engaged to actor Ryan Phillippe who she dated from 2006 until the year 2010.
